Coordinator Pledge

 

 

  

 The L.I.F.E. Leadership Committee wants to THANK and acknowledge your talents, input and service to the L.I.F.E. group.  Remembering that you’re in a volunteer position and that everyone’s time is valuable we want to take a moment to outline some general principles.

 Coordinator’s Purpose

 The overall coordinators purpose is to service the L.I.F.E. group for a specified activity or event. 

 Coordinator’s Pledge

 As a coordinator I will

v   Maintaining a Christian attitude and conduct myself in a appropriate manor at all times

v   Organizing the activity or event according to the guidelines

v   Utilize and recruit any helpers

v   Disclosing to the L.I.F.E. overseeing committee member and/or chairperson any and all items that are pertinent.

v   Be accountable to the overseeing committee member and chairpersons.

v   Work for the good of the L.I.F.E. group

v   Make decisions for the good of the group as a whole and not for individuals or families

v   Agree to follow the decisions made by the L.I.F.E. Leadership Committee

Coordinators Description

Coordinators are to be parents and members of L.I.F.E. for at least one year.  Coordinators’ responsibilities are limited directly to the event/function that they are working on and should include the following items:

                        1. Maintaining Christian attitude and conduct

2. Organizing all areas of the event/function according to guidelines or instructions from the committee

3. Utilizing and recruiting helpers to run event/function effectively

4. Disclosing any and all items that are relative to the chair family and/or the leadership committee member overseeing the event/function

5. Being accountable to the L.I.F.E. leadership committee

6. Working for the good of the L.I.F.E. group 

          Helpers Description

Helpers are to be current members of L.I.F.E.  Helpers’ responsibilities are limited directly to the event/function that they are working on and should include the following items:

                        1. Maintaining Christian attitude and conduct

2. Aiding and assisting the event/function coordinator

3. Disclosing any and all items that are relative to the event/function coordinator

4. Being accountable to the event/function coordinator

5. Working for the good of the L.I.F.E. group
